How does the quiz work?
Five quick questions about your cat. We match them to one of four cat types. Two types have a box you can buy today (Window Watcher Lite and The Sofa Destroyer). If your cat's type is still coming soon, we'll say so, suggest the closest box we have, and you can leave your email to hear when theirs is ready.
What's in each box?
Window Watcher Lite ($49): a suction-cup cat window hammock plus a 4-level track tower toy. The Sofa Destroyer ($54): a corrugated cat scratcher lounge bed in a wooden frame that tilts to 3 angles, plus a spare refill pad.
Where do your products ship from?
From our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas (China). Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery to the US.
How much is shipping?
Free to anywhere we ship in the US. It's included in the price of every box.
Do you ship to Canada or elsewhere?
Not yet. US addresses only for now.
Will the hammock stick to my window?
It needs smooth, clean glass. It won't hold on textured glass, screens or painted frames. Clean the glass first and press the suction cups on firmly.
Will the Sofa Destroyer stop my cat scratching the couch?
Honest answer: no toy can promise that. Scratching is normal cat behaviour, and the Sofa Destroyer gives them a better place to do it. Putting it right next to their favourite spot helps, upright for couch-arm stretchers or low for carpet scratchers. Our guide has more ideas: how to stop a cat scratching the couch.
Are your videos real?
Our cat clips are sometimes AI-generated, and we label them as AI every time. Product photos and product footage are real, and they show exactly what you'll get.
When are the other boxes coming?
We're sourcing them now. Take the quiz and leave your email on the result page to hear first.
Can I return it if my cat ignores it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our returns policy. (We get it. Cats.)
My order hasn't arrived. What now?
Tracking for international parcels can take a few days to show movement, which is normal. If your tracking hasn't updated in 45 days, email hello@catquizbox.com and we'll reship your order or refund you in full.
