Where we ship

United States only, for now.

Where it ships from

Every order ships from our fulfilment partner's warehouse overseas (China), not from a US warehouse.

How long it takes

Please allow 7–14 business days from order to delivery. That's 1–3 business days to prepare your order plus carrier transit. Some orders arrive sooner, and remote addresses or busy seasons can take longer.

Duties and import taxes: All US orders ship duties-paid. The price you see at checkout is the total, and you'll never be asked to pay customs fees on delivery.

Shipping cost

Free. Shipping is included in the price of every box.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. International tracking can take a few days to show movement, which is normal.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email hello@catquizbox.com and we'll reship your order or refund you in full.
